NEH Projects on InformalScience.org

Each year, the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) funds projects that explore the connections between science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and the humanities. We recently coordinated with the NEH to make these project descriptions searchable on InformalScience.org. The newly cataloged projects, funded through the Division of Public Programs, are multidisciplinary and often address regional history or topics of interest. They use learning environments such as film and exhibits to explore areas where ecology, history, art, industry and other sectors intersect. To view NEH projects in the collection, use the “Funding Source” metadata filter and select “NEH,” or see here. To learn more about STEM-related funding opportunities from the NEH, see this post from the Perspectives blog that explores these programs in more detail.
