Call for Proposals for ASTC 2023 Annual Conference
The Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC) seeks your ideas for the next ASTC Annual Conference, which is one of the premier annual events for professionals and leaders in science and technology centers and museums and others committed to engaging the public in science. Your timely, thoughtful, and interactive session ideas will help ensure that the conference is a can’t-miss event to advance the field while collecting with colleagues.
We seek submissions from everyone! ASTC is dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic community, including people of color and LGBTQIA+ individuals, and we encourage submissions from all. Affiliation with an ASTC-member organization is not required, We welcome submissions from folks at all career stages and in all job roles, and we are excited to see submissions from individuals who have not previously submitted or attended an ASTC Annual Conference.
The ASTC 2023 Annual Conference will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina, October 7–10, with preconference experiences on Friday, October 6. ASTC 2023 is hosted by Discovery Place.
Proposals must be submitted via the online portal by January 23, 2023. A myASTC account is required to submit a session proposal. If you do not already have a myASTC profile, you may create one at myASTC.astc.org.
